etroJack ASA is directing its activities towards the market of drilling for oil and gas in shallow waters. The object of the company is purchase and operation of drilling vessels and everything that is connected herewith, including partnership in other companies. The purpose of the company is to secure the shareholders competitive return for the invested capital in the longer term. In accordance with this purpose the board and the management shall actively develop and control the company and its possessions in order for the values to be made visible in the best way possible. It is assumed that PetroJack, like other offshore related companies, will be followed with interest, due to the fact that it is anticipated by many analysts that the rig- and offshore segment is facing several years of favourable market conditions.
