etroJack ASA is a company formed in 2004. The company has been listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange since February 2005. The company has 2 identical jackup rigs, after it sold two of its rigs in 2006, the PetroJack I and PetroJack III to Maersk Contractors. The PetroJack II (March 2008) and PetroJack IV (delivery December 2008) are under construction at Jurong Shipyard Pte Ltd (JSPL), a subsidiary of SembCorp Marine Ltd, one of the major ship and rig builders in Singapore and world wide.

The Baker Marine Pacific Class 375 Deep Drilling Offshore Jackup Rig is a proprietary design of Baker Marine Pte Ltd. Singapore, a subsidiary of PPL Shipyard Pte Ltd, a sister yard of JSPL. The rigs are capable of operating in water depths up to 375 feet and has a rated drilling depth of 30,000 feet with accommodation for 120 men.
